Hello, I was pleasantly delighted when I recently went to the Delta Airlines Frankfurt Office to resolve a last-minute flight issue. When I had to rebook because of a missed connection, the staff was composed, effective, and very helpful. Their professionalism made what would have been a tense situation straightforward. The actual office was tidy, accessible, and not very packed. The welcoming environment was really appreciated; it was more akin to a travel assistance desk than a business office. Excellent assistance!
