My recent journey from the Southwest Airlines ORD Terminal was better than I could have imagined. Even first-time visitors found it easy to navigate the terminal because it was clearly marked. During check-in, the staff was welcoming and provided fast assistance. Before boarding, I had time to get a coffee because security was quick and easy. There were lots of seats and hygienic amenities at the gate area. The boarding process at Southwest was prompt and effective. Because of its easy process and relaxed atmosphere, I heartily recommend traveling out of Southwest Airlines' ORD Terminal.
