I am the person who covers her eyes during movie trailers, so I went into this reluctantly with friends. We picked Ghost Hunters https://mazerooms.com/horror-games/ and it was scary in the fun way rather than the traumatic way. The set does a lot of the work, sound and lighting mostly, and the puzzles kept my brain busy enough that I forgot to panic. My friends who actually love horror said it delivered. I survived, laughed a lot, and would absolutely go again for a different one on this list.
