Operations in Egypt
Qatari Diar has maintained a strong presence in the Egyptian real estate market since 2006, managing a portfolio that covers more than 40 million square meters. Their Egyptian subsidiary is responsible for several landmark developments:
CityGate New Cairo: A massive, self-sustained city spanning 8.5 million square meters in the Fifth Settlement. It features residential neighborhoods, a signature golf course, parks, and extensive commercial and recreational facilities.
