I am experiencing serious issues with my computer due to a recent Microsoft update. First, I was totally locked out of the computer, got help from HP. Now I can't retrieve my files. I'm have a new email address ( *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ) my previous email address was *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which was a business. Most of the files predate my new email address. How can I retrieve the lost files?
